As technology and AI take over more of the basic tasks that used to make up entry-level roles, the first rung on the career ladder is quietly vanishing. Graduates, young job seekers and people changing direction mid-career are all left chasing experience they can't get, for jobs that increasingly don't exist in the form they used to.

We think that's a problem worth solving.

We encourage employers to invest in people at the start of a path... whether that's the very start of a career or the start of a new one - and to look beyond a thin CV for the transferable skills built in places you might not expect: volunteering, team sport, a part-time retail job, or years of experience in a completely different industry. And we help candidates understand that soft skills - communication, resilience, adaptability - are some of the most valuable skills they have, at exactly the moment the world is starting to run short of them.
